At Deltron, we do everything we can to process your order quickly, carefully, and securely. On this page, you will find all information about delivery times, shipping, stock statuses, carriers, and delivery.
We believe it is important to be clear and transparent. Therefore, we provide an estimated delivery time for each product and keep you as well-informed as possible about the status of your order.
We do not ship packages on Wednesdays
Orders are usually processed and shipped on the next business day.
However, no shipments take place on Wednesdays.
Orders placed on Tuesday after 12:00 PM or on Wednesday will be processed and shipped from Thursday onwards.
Orders placed on other business days before 12:00 PM are usually processed on the same or the next business day.
Indicative delivery times
For each product on our website, an indication of the expected delivery time is provided.
For most orders, the following delivery times apply:
- Netherlands: average 1 to 3 business days
- Belgium: average 1 to 3 business days
- Other European countries: average 3 to 6 business days
For some products or special shipments, a different delivery time may apply. The current indication is always stated with the relevant product.
Important: busy periods for parcel carriers
Although we do everything we can to ship orders as quickly as possible, after handing over the package, we depend on the carrier for further delivery.
Delays can arise due to, among other things:
- Busy periods for carriers
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Logistical disruptions
- Customs checks
- Local circumstances
- Periods preceding (school) holidays
The stated delivery times are therefore indicative and not guaranteed delivery periods.
By law, web stores have a maximum delivery period of 30 days. Of course, we strive to deliver orders well within this period.
Track your order (Track & Trace)
As soon as your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with:
- A Track & Trace code
- The name of the carrier
- Information about the delivery
You can track your order using this information.
We advise you to regularly check the received Track & Trace information. As soon as the carrier makes new information available, it will be automatically updated.
Delivery times during busy periods
During busy periods, carriers may need more time to process and deliver packages.
We are not automatically informed by carriers about every delay within their network. As soon as we are aware of structural delays, we will communicate this as clearly as possible via our website.
Do not refuse a package
If a package is delayed or you no longer want the order, we kindly ask you not to refuse the package at the door.
Refused packages are often collected separately by carriers and processed later, which can significantly prolong the time it takes for the shipment to return to us.
For questions or problems, please always contact us first via support@deltron.nl; in many cases, it is faster to accept the package and then return it in consultation with us.
Product availability
For each product, an indication of its availability is provided.
Sometimes you see notifications such as:
- Inquire about delivery time
- Delivery time on request
- Pre-order
This usually means that the product is temporarily out of stock or needs to be specially ordered.
Pre-order
For products with the "Pre-order" notification, you can place an order even before the product is available.
This guarantees delivery as soon as the new stock becomes available.
Delivery time and stock
Deltron does its utmost to deliver orders within the Netherlands and Belgium within three business days, provided the products are in stock.
If a product is temporarily unavailable from us or one of our suppliers, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery time.
You will then receive:
- An update on the expected delivery time
- A shipping confirmation as soon as the order is dispatched
Offers are valid while supplies last, unless otherwise stated.
Change an order
Have you placed an order and would you like to change, add, or correct something?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
As long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly check if the change is still possible. After processing or handover to the carrier, we unfortunately cannot make any more changes.
Shipping methods
We work with various carriers, including:
- PostNL
- DPD
- GLS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Transmission
- Ben Becker Transport
The chosen carrier depends on:
- Weight
- Dimensions
- Destination
- Type of shipment
Long shipments
For packages longer than 100 cm, different delivery times often apply.
The average delivery time for long shipments is:
- 2 to 7 business days
Long shipments are often not taken to a pick-up point and have different delivery conditions.
Carriers and delivery
PostNL
When your order is shipped with PostNL, we advise you to use the PostNL app. With this, you receive current notifications about the delivery and can easily set delivery preferences.
DPD Predict
When shipping via DPD, you will receive a Track & Trace link and an indication of the delivery time slot. In many cases, you can set additional delivery options via DPD.
GLS
When shipping via GLS, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. GLS informs you about the expected delivery and any changes during transport.
UPS, FedEx, and international carriers
For international shipments, we work with, among others, UPS, FedEx, and local carriers.
International delivery times may vary per country, region, and local circumstances.
Not home for delivery
If a standard package cannot be delivered, the carrier may choose to:
- Deliver the package to neighbours
- Attempt a new delivery
- Take the package to a pick-up point
You will receive a notification about this from the carrier.
A valid ID may be required to pick up a package.
Unclaimed or refused packages
If a package is not collected within the specified period, no new delivery appointment is made, or a package is refused, the shipment will be returned to Deltron.
Upon receipt of the return shipment, the order will be cancelled.
The incurred shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Permission to leave (delivery instructions)
Many carriers offer the option to leave a package without a signature.
For example:
- At the front door
- In the shed
- With neighbours
- At another agreed location
You set these preferences yourself via the carrier's app or website.
Important
When you use permission to leave, you give consent for the package to be left without a signature.
From that moment, responsibility for the package lies with you as the recipient.
This means that:
- The risk of loss, theft, or damage lies with you
- Deltron is not liable for loss or damage after delivery
- The carrier generally also accepts no liability for this
Public holidays and vacation periods
During public holidays, vacations, trade fairs, or other special periods, it remains possible to place orders via our webshop.
However, orders may be processed or shipped later.
Carriers may also experience extra busy periods during this time, which can lead to longer delivery times than usual.
If there are adjusted processing times or altered availability, we will always communicate this clearly via our website.

Delivery outside the European Union
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT charges
- Customs costs
- Local taxes
These costs are for the account of the recipient.
Worldwide shipping
Where possible, we ship worldwide with Track & Trace.
For some countries, additional conditions, shipping costs, or restrictions may apply.
