Deltron is not only a store where you can purchase products; after-sales service is just as important to Deltron as selling a product. You can therefore count on Deltron for proper warranty handling. All items supplied by us come with a 1-year standard manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated. Deltron does not provide warranty on Linears and output transistors.
Orders from Deltron are always delivered with an invoice including VAT. For companies outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number, an intra-community supply applies. This means that these companies will receive a 0% VAT invoice. You must keep this invoice carefully for returns and warranty! Without an invoice, no items can be returned, and no warranty will be provided for these items. So, keep the invoice safe.
Returns
Return within the cooling-off period
Does the product not meet your expectations, or did you accidentally order the wrong item? At Deltron, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Deltron operates according to the distance selling law. This means you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to business customers.
To return an order, you must exclusively follow these steps:
- After written contact by email with Deltron (support@deltron.nl)
- The withdrawal form has been received by us - completed and signed.
- The shipment is provided with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
- The shipment is received by us within the 14-day cooling-off period.
- It is, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
- It is complete and undamaged.
Important: Returns without prior notification
Packages that are RETURNED to us WITHOUT NOTIFICATION and WITHOUT an RMA NUMBER will NOT be processed!
Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Custom-made products such as custom-made coaxial cables and connectors or custom-made antennas.
- Products that cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons, such as earplugs, headsets, and headphones, etc.
- Exchanged or completed vouchers or credit notes.
- Antennas
- Linears (amplifiers)
- High power (export) Transceivers (modified)
- SD Cards, Software, and Software packages.
- Installed software.
- Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete.
- Products specifically ordered from the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.
- Products whose seal has been broken (including opened transceivers, linears, and software).
- Products that need to be modified at the customer's request.
- Products that are pre-programmed.
- Products that need to be programmed at the customer's request.
- Products whose seal has been broken, such as software.
- Right of withdrawal for businesses/entrepreneurs
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses/entrepreneurs as the right of withdrawal is only part of consumer legislation. B2B (Business to Business) is considered by Deltron as an order placed with company details and the invoice is also drawn up with these company details.
Return address
Deltron will provide the buyer with the correct return address once the return has been registered and the withdrawal form has been received from the buyer. If the ordered product has been delivered by a third party (supplier), Deltron will provide the buyer with the correct address for this.
What are you allowed to do with a product during the cooling-off period?
During the cooling-off period, the buyer must handle the product and its original packaging with care and only remove what is necessary to assess whether the product meets expectations. The buyer may not actually use or test the product if they are not yet certain whether they will keep it. Deltron may charge a fee if, after return, it appears that the product has been used or tested.
Return costs
Deltron will refund all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Deltron for the returned product, without undue delay and within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless Deltron offers to collect the product itself, Deltron may wait with reimbursement until Deltron has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. For returning an order, the costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer. Deltron uses the same payment method and account number for reimbursement that the consumer used during the ordering process. Reimbursements will not be credited to an account other than the one provided during the order.
Sending a return shipment
Sending a return shipment is at all times at your own expense and risk. This means that Deltron bears no responsibility for damage, loss, or otherwise of your sent return shipment. Pack your return shipment well so that no damage can occur during transport. Your shipment must be delivered on working days to the address you receive from Deltron after you have registered the shipment for return. Package shop deliveries will not be accepted and will automatically be returned to the shipping address.
Refund of purchase amount
If agreed as such, Deltron will refund the purchase amount within 2 weeks to the account from which the order was paid.
Items that do not comply with the right of withdrawal
Items that do not meet the above criteria remain the property of the buyer. Deltron will return the items to the buyer and charge the incurred costs to the buyer.
Return Procedure
- Register your return with us within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by contacting us via info@deltron.nl
- Download the withdrawal form here in your preferred language: English, German or Dutch
- Fill out the downloaded form completely, sign it, and send it by email to info@deltron.nl
- Once we have received the fully completed and signed withdrawal form, you will receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and a return address from us.
- Clearly state the RMA number on the return package (e.g., top left) Please note: Do not simply send a return package to our office address in Gasselternijveenschemond! This is not always the correct return address!
- Always send the return package with a track and trace code and provide the track and trace code to our customer service. If you send a return package without a track and trace code, and this package gets lost or damaged, this is at your own risk and Deltron cannot be held responsible.
- After receiving the return shipment, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will then process your return.
- If the product meets the return conditions, we will exchange the item or refund the purchase amount within 2 weeks, depending on your choice.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will send the product back to the address provided during the order and will charge the incurred shipping costs to the buyer.

Business purchases (B2B)
For sales to businesses (B2B), there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Step 1: Register your return (RMA number)
Before sending anything, send an email to support@deltron.nl. Include your order number and a clear description of the defect. You will receive an RMA number and the correct return address from us.
Please note: Shipments without a valid RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 2: Ship the package
You arrange the return shipment yourself via a parcel point of your choice. Shipping costs are initially paid by you. Keep the shipping receipt carefully! -
Step 3: Technical investigation by Deltron or a third party
Once we have received the product, our specialists will investigate the cause of the defect:- Warranty: Is there a technical defect or manufacturing fault? We will then repair or replace the product free of charge.
- Incompetence/User error: Did the defect arise from incorrect use or incompetence? This is not covered by the warranty, and we will contact you about any repair costs.

Step 4: Reimbursement of shipping costs.
If the defect is indeed covered by the warranty, we will refund the incurred shipping costs to you immediately. In the event of a user error, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Important conditions
- Ensure sturdy packaging to prevent transport damage.
- State the RMA number on the outside of the package, e.g., top left where the shipping label is also affixed.
