Deltron isn't just a store where you can buy products; after-sales service is just as important to Deltron as selling a product. You can therefore count on excellent warranty service at Deltron. All items we supply come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated. Deltron does not offer a warranty on linear and power transistors.
Deltron orders always include an invoice including VAT. For companies outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number, an intra-Community delivery applies. This means these companies will receive a 0% VAT invoice. Please keep this invoice in a safe place for returns and warranty claims! Without an invoice, items cannot be returned, and no warranty is provided on these items. Therefore, please keep the invoice in a safe place.
You can only return an order by following these steps:
- After written contact by email with Deltron
- The withdrawal form, completed and signed by us, has been received.
- The shipment is provided with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
- The shipment has been received by us within the 14-day inspection period
- This is in the original packaging, if reasonably possible.
- Complete and undamaged.
Return without registration
Packages that are RETURNED to us WITHOUT REGISTRATION and WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER will NOT be processed!
Right of withdrawal for private individuals
Deltron operates under the Distance Selling Act. This means you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to business customers.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Custom products such as custom-made coaxial cables and connectors or custom-made antennas.
- Products that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as earplugs, headsets and headphones, etc.
- Redeemed or completed vouchers or credit notes.
- Antennas
- Linears (amplifiers)
- High Power (Export) Transceivers (Customized)
- SD Cards and Software
- Products that are used, damaged or incomplete.
- Products that are specially ordered by the customer from the manufacturer.
- Products that need to be customized according to customer requirements.
- Products that are pre-programmed.
- Products that need to be programmed on behalf of the customer.
- Products whose seal has been broken, such as software
- Right of withdrawal for companies/entrepreneurs
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses/entrepreneurs, as it is only covered by consumer legislation. Deltron considers B2B (Business to Business) when an order is placed with company information and the invoice is also prepared with this company information.
Return address
Deltron will provide the buyer with the correct return address once the return has been registered and the withdrawal form has been received from the buyer. If the ordered product was delivered by a third party (supplier), Deltron will provide the buyer with the correct address.
What are you allowed to do with a product during the cooling-off period?
During the cooling-off period, the buyer must handle the product and its original packaging with care and remove only what is necessary to assess whether the product meets their expectations. The buyer may not actually use or test the product if they are not yet sure whether they will actually keep it. Deltron may request a refund if it is determined after return that the product has been used or tested.
Costs for returning a product
Deltron will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Deltron for the returned product, without delay, but within 14 days of the day on which the consumer notifies them of the withdrawal. Unless Deltron offers to collect the product itself, Deltron may withhold reimbursement until it has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that they have returned the product, whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs for returning an order are the consumer's responsibility. Deltron uses the same payment method and account number for refunds that the consumer used during the ordering process. Refunds will not be transferred to a different account than the one specified during the order process.
Sending a return shipment
Return shipping is always at your own expense and risk. This means that Deltron is not responsible for any damage, loss, or other damage to your returned shipment. Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transport. Your shipment should be delivered on business days to the address provided by Deltron after you register it for return. Parcelshop deliveries will not be received and will automatically be returned to the shipping address.
Refund of purchase amount
If agreed as such, Deltron will refund the purchase amount to the account used to pay for the order within 2 weeks.
Items that do not meet the right of withdrawal
Items that do not meet the above criteria remain the property of the buyer. Deltron will return the items to the buyer and charge the buyer for the costs incurred.
Step-by-step plan for returns
- Please register your return with us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@deltron.nl
- Download the withdrawal form here in the desired language: English , German or Dutch
- Complete the downloaded form in full, sign it and send it by email to info@deltron.nl
- Once we have received the fully completed and signed withdrawal form, you will receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and a return address from us.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the return package (e.g., in the upper left corner). Note : Do not simply send a return package to our office address in Gasselternijveenschemond! This is not always the correct return address!
- Always send your return package with a track and trace code and provide it to our customer service. If you send a return package without a track and trace code and it gets lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the damage, and Deltron cannot be held responsible.
- After receiving your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. We'll then process your return.
- If the product meets the return conditions, we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price within 2 weeks, depending on your choice.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will return it to the address provided during the order process and charge the buyer for the shipping costs incurred.
