Decimal Separator: Make sure your computer is set to use "." (period) as the decimal separator instead of "," (comma) . This is necessary because the scanner only works with a period as the separator.
Windows 10 Compatibility: If you were using older versions of ARC software with the Uniden USB-1 Programming Cable prior to installing Windows 10, you may be using an old version of the cable. The USB-1 cable has an updated chipset in 2014. New cables with the updated chipset will work with Windows 10 without any issues.
