This no ground plane (NGP) 27MHz antenna kit is specially designed for vehicles and situations where no ground is available – think of campers, boats, motorcycles, or aluminum vehicles.
The FG2-648 antenna made of reinforced fiberglass is only 60 cm long, easy to tune without tools, and comes with a high-quality, custom-matched Fire Flex coaxial cable of 5.2 meters. Thanks to the built-in isolated ground, it delivers excellent performance, even on plastic, wood, or aluminum surfaces.
