Ideal for various applications
The Firestik FG3-648 NGP solves problems arising from a lack of a metal ground plane. This often occurs with boats, RVs, caravans, motorcycles, and trucks. Thanks to the built-in counterweight, the antenna operates without the need for a large metal surface, which lowers the SWR and improves performance. This also makes the Firestik NGP antenna suitable for hunting, search and rescue operations, or temporary field base stations.
Important: As with any 27MHz CB antenna, the Firestik FG3-648 must be correctly tuned after installation for optimal performance.
