Instructions for adjusting a TRIM - TO- TUNE antenna
- Remove the cap.
- Using a knife, make vertical slits in the tube at the top of the stick ( about 1-1.5 cm long)
- Pull back the cut fiberglass pieces slightly so that the wire (core) is exposed.
- Cut a small piece of the wire and push the wire back into place.
- Put the top back on
- Measure the SWR again .
- Repeat the procedure if necessary until the antenna has a properly adjusted SWR.
