This professional foot pedal set for 27MC radios offers a reliable and safe solution for hands-free communication in vehicles, machinery, and industrial applications. The set has been specifically developed for users who need to keep their hands completely free for operating machinery, vehicles, or lifting equipment during their work.

The set consists of a foot pedal, a flexible gooseneck VOX microphone, a windshield for optimal speech quality, and a connection cable with a switch wire. Pressing the foot pedal immediately switches the radio to transmit mode (TX). As soon as the pedal is released, the radio automatically switches back to receive mode (RX).

Available in two versions

Depending on the application and working environment, you can choose from two different versions:

• Foot pedal set with yellow plastic foot pedal
• Foot pedal set with orange aluminum foot pedal

Both versions offer the same reliable operation. The aluminum pedal is particularly suitable for intensive professional use and heavy working conditions, while the plastic version is an excellent choice for daily use in vehicles and machinery.

Easy installation and ready to use

The set is designed for easy installation and quick setup. Thanks to the 6-pin connector, this foot pedal set can be directly connected to various Midland and President CB radios that use a dynamic DNC 520 or DNC 520 U/D microphone.

If you connect the foot pedal to the switch wire, you will have a total length of 250 cm, which normally provides sufficient flexibility to mount the microphone and foot pedal in the desired position.

Need a longer cable to connect?

If the cable length is too short, you can extend the cable using the required length of 2-core cable and a solderable Female RCA plug (phono) and a Male RCA plug. 

1. You keep the 2-core cable attached to the foot pedal.
2. You take a new piece of 2-core cable of the desired length.
3. Solder a Male RCA plug to one end of the 2-core cable and a Female RCA plug to the other end.
4. The extension is ready and can be easily connected between the foot pedal and the switch wire.
