Are you looking for more security around your home, garage, or business premises, but don't have a power connection in the desired spot? The GP Safeguard RF2 is a wireless LED outdoor light with a motion sensor and two independently adjustable spotlights. As soon as the sensor detects motion in the dark, the light switches on automatically. Convenient for when you get home and a practical way to better illuminate dark spots around the property.
Because this outdoor light runs on 4 AA batteries, you don't need to run any cables. You can easily mount the lamp to a wall or ceiling and decide for yourself where you need extra lighting.
Why choose an outdoor light with dual spotlights?
The GP Safeguard RF2 features dual spotlights that are adjustable both horizontally and vertically. This allows you to distribute the light much more precisely than with an outdoor light with a single fixed light source.
For example, aim one spotlight at the front door and the other at the garden path. Or simultaneously illuminate the driveway and a dark corner next to the garage. This way, you decide exactly where the light goes and create extra visibility where it is needed.
According to the product specifications, the LED lighting has a light range of up to 12 meters forward and 8 meters sideways.
How does the motion sensor work?
The integrated PIR motion sensor registers movement in the dark and then automatically activates the LED lighting. When no further movement is detected, the light switches off again after approximately 10 seconds.
The sensor has a specified detection range of up to 8 meters forward and 3 meters sideways, with a detection angle of 140 degrees.
You can choose between automatic detection and continuous lighting. This allows you to use the GP Safeguard RF2 not only as an automatic security light but also when you temporarily need permanent light.
Wireless LED outdoor light on AA batteries
An important advantage of the GP Safeguard RF2 is its simple installation. The LED outdoor light runs on four AA batteries, meaning a fixed power connection is not required. The four required AA batteries are included.
This gives you a lot of freedom when choosing the mounting location. Think of the front door, back door, garage, shed, carport, garden, or a dark porch. The included mounting materials allow for both wall and ceiling installation.
Thanks to the IP55 rating, the lamp is also designed for outdoor use.
Extra lighting where you need it
The combination of a motion sensor, dual spotlights, and wireless operation makes the GP Safeguard RF2 a practical solution for places where lighting is desired, but no wiring is available.
