The Maco FLAT-6 , also known as the Flatside 6 , is an advanced 6-element beam antenna designed for maximum performance on the 11 meter band. This antenna is specifically built for horizontal polarization and offers impressive signal characteristics for serious radio amateurs.
With 17 dB gain , 50x power gain and up to 44 dB front-to-back separation, the FLAT-6 is an excellent choice for those who value range, directivity and signal quality. The sturdy multi-screen reflector provides optimum suppression of interference from behind.
The antenna is robustly constructed with telescopic aluminum tubes , heavy-duty extruded aluminum element mounts and compression clamps without drill holes – all of which guarantee durability and minimal wind load.
