The MAT-125E is a versatile automatic tuner that can be used in almost all types of transmitters. It offers automatic antenna tuning over the entire HF spectrum plus 6 meters, at powers up to 120 watts. It tunes dipoles, verticals, Yagis or virtually any coax-powered antenna. The MAT-125E matches an amazing range of antennas and impedances, far greater than some other tuners you may have considered, including the built-in tuners on many radios.
The MAT-125E has 16,000 frequency memories. When tuning to or near a previously tuned frequency, the MAT-125E uses "Memory Tune" to recall the previous tuning parameters in a split second. If no stored settings are available, the tuner will perform a full tuning cycle, saving the parameters for memory recall on subsequent tuning cycles at that frequency. This way, the MAT-125E "learns" as it is used, adapting to the bands and frequencies as it goes.
The tuner does not require a data cable to be connected, but only a 50 ohm RF cable to the transmitter.
The MAT-125E contains two Li batteries (type 18650) that do not require an external power supply, making the MAT-125E easy to use. It comes with a special charger and uses a latching relay that works for a very long time when charged.
Special charger connected to tuner, 8.4 Volt 1.0 Ampere. The charger can also be used in the MAT-125 tuner. Do not use other chargers for charging as this may compromise the tuners.
Before using the tuner for the first time after receipt, the tuner must be charged to activate the internal battery protection circuit. During transportation, the tuner is in a protective state and can only be turned on when you charge it. You should do the same after replacing the battery.

NB! The MAT-125E has a nominal power of up to 120 Watts. Many HAM transceivers, and almost all amplifiers, deliver more than 120 watts. Power levels significantly exceeding specifications will certainly damage or destroy your MAT-125E. If your tuner fails during overload, it can also damage your transceiver. Adhere to specified power limitations.
