Shipping Costs and Methods
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the current rates of our parcel carriers and the costs of packaging materials. All listed prices include VAT.
Netherlands (NL)
- Orders with a value up to €450.00 = €7.95
- Orders with a value over €450.00 = Free shipping
- Length shipments up to 200 cm = €12.95
- Length shipments over 200 cm = €27.95
- Connectors (excluding SSB Connectors) up to 10 pieces = €4.95
Belgium (BE)
- Standard package = €8.95
- Length shipments up to 200 cm = €14.95
- Length shipments over 200 cm = €29.95
Germany (DE)
- Standard package = €8.95
- Length shipments up to 200 cm = €14.95
- Length shipments over 200 cm = €29.95
Europe 1
- Standard = €17.95
- Length shipments over 200 cm = €32.95

Shipping Methods
- Length shipments: Orders of products longer than 120 cm are shipped with GLS, UPS, or FedEx. These shipments may have longer delivery times, typically 2-7 working days.
- Standard shipments within the Netherlands are shipped with GLS or PostNL.
- Length shipments over 120 cm within the Netherlands are shipped with GLS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Standard shipments to Belgium & Luxembourg are shipped with GLS or PostNL.
- Length shipments over 120 cm to Belgium & Luxembourg are shipped with GLS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Standard shipments to other European countries are shipped with GLS.
- Length shipments over 120 cm to other European countries are shipped with GLS, UPS, or FedEx.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed, handled, and shipped the next working day (excluding Mondays).
Track & Trace
Once your order is shipped and arrives at the carrier’s depot, the carrier will scan the package, and you will receive an email from our shipping system with the Track & Trace number of your package. This email will also specify the carrier we used for shipping.
Delivery of Your Order
- PostNL offers, in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, one delivery attempt at your specified address or with a neighbor. If you are not home, PostNL will take the package to a pickup point, where you can collect it with valid ID and the package number. You will receive a notification in the PostNL app with the address where your package can be picked up and when it is ready for collection. You must collect your package within 7 working days at the pickup point.
- GLS (and other carriers) will attempt one delivery at your specified address for standard (EU) and length shipments (BNL & EU). If the standard package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will be taken to a pickup location. You will receive an email with the details of where and when the package can be collected. You need to bring valid ID for collection. Length shipments (over 120 cm) are delivered only to the home address, requiring someone to be present to sign for the delivery. Length shipments (over 120 cm) will not be taken to a pickup location but will return to the carrier’s depot, where you can schedule a new delivery.
If you do not collect the package within 7 working days at the pickup location, do not schedule a new delivery, or refuse the delivery, the package will be returned to us. Once received back, the order will be canceled, and the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refundable amount. (For the Netherlands, this is €7.95 each way; for other countries, this will be twice the shipping costs paid).
Collecting Your Order
If you place an order in Deltron's online store, you can also choose to collect your order yourself. No shipping costs will be charged if you choose this option. However, we refer you to the conditions for self-collection of your order, which you can find on our information page under the title "customer service" at the bottom of the homepage.
Deltron aims to deliver your order within 3 working days, provided the goods are in stock. If your product is not in stock with us or our suppliers, the delivery time may be longer. You will receive an automatic email with the expected delivery time and a second notification when we actually ship the order. Offers are valid while stocks last, unless otherwise stated.
