With this Midland WA-CB dongle you can let your 27Mhz transceiver receive bluetooth so that you can connect a Midland wireless bluetooth accessory to it such as the

All of the above mentioned accessories are equipped with a PTT button.
The Midland WA-CB can also be connected to the wireless WA-PTT which allows transmission without using the PTT button on the earphone or headset.
