The Moonraker Whizz Whip is an innovative, lightweight and portable HF/VHF/UHF antenna with integrated tuner, designed for direct field use – without coaxial cables, tripods or external mounting . Thanks to the smart construction and the telescopic 130 cm whip, you will be on-air with your QRP transceiver in no time.
This antenna is not only perfect for emergency communications, field operations and camping, but also very suitable as an aviation antenna. The wide reception range of 0.6 to 500 MHz makes it ideal for tracking airband frequencies and other air traffic. The Whizz Whip can also be tuned to VHF and UHF for optimum performance, including various radiation modes (such as ¼, 5/8 and ¾ wavelength ).
