The Ecoflex 10 FRNC is a flexible 50 Ohm coaxial cable with very low attenuation, designed for frequencies up to 6 GHz. Due to advanced production processes at SSB Electronic and the use of a low-loss PE-LLC dielectric with a gas content of more than 70%, this cable achieves exceptionally low attenuation values that set the standard for flexible coaxial cables of this size.
The high flexibility of Ecoflex 10 FRNC is ensured by a 7-core braided inner conductor made of oxygen-poor copper, which undergoes a special manufacturing process for optimum damping and impedance matching. The cable is equipped with double shielding: an overlapping copper foil and an overlying copper braid provide a high shielding level of >90 dB at 1 GHz. The sheath made of the halogen-free, flame-retardant material FRNC (Flame Retardant Non Corrosive) ensures a low fire load, limited flame spread and minimal flue gas development.
Ecoflex 10 FRNC is a modern coaxial cable that delivers excellent performance in high frequency applications, characterized by low attenuation, flexibility and interference resistance.
