Warranty conditions

Deltron cares about their products and logically does their best to deliver the products to you in top condition. However, it can sometimes happen that a product breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect.

All items supplied by us (except batteries and chargers) come with a 1-year standard factory warranty, unless otherwise stated. Batteries and chargers come with a 3-month warranty.

Defective product within the warranty period
If you have a defective product within the warranty period, you can report this to us by e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail from us with the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and the address where you can send the defective product. Add a covering letter with a clear description of the problem and the RMA number to the defective product.

  • The costs for shipping to Gasselternijveenschemond (or the address specified by us) are for the account of the customer.
  • The costs for returns to the customer and within the Netherlands are borne by Deltron.
  • The costs for returns to customers outside the Netherlands are for the account of the customer and are in accordance with the normal shipping costs to the country of destination.

Without RMA number, shipment will not be processed and will be returned to sender. The shipping costs incurred will be charged to the sender.

Defective product outside the warranty period
If you have a defective product outside the warranty period, you can report this to us by e-mail.   • The costs for shipping to us are at the expense of the customer.

The following products are excluded from the warranty:

  • Products with damage due to improper use.
  • Products with moisture or water damage.
  • Products where the seal has been broken.
  • Products with discoloration phenomena or defects due to weather conditions.
  • Broken displays and screens.
  • Batteries and batteries
  • Products supplied by external companies (this is stated with the product).
  • Power transistors in transceivers and linears.
