The Comet CF-416B duplexer, also known as combiner or splitter, allows you to use 144 or HF/50MHz and 433Mhz at the same time. All this is combined with high-quality filters to prevent TVI at the same time.
If you only use the Comet CF-416B for one frequency, you can leave the other connection open, although a dummy load connection here is preferred.
