The Comet SB7 is a dual-band mobile antenna for 144 MHz (2m) and 430 MHz (70cm ), designed for optimum signal strength and flexibility. Thanks to the PL-259 (MP) connection it is easy to mount on a UHF-female (PL) connector.
The SB-7 is equipped with a 90° tilt function and a folding element, making it easy to adjust for different mounting positions. With an impressive gain of 4.5 dBi at 144 MHz and 7.2 dBi at 430 MHz and a maximum transmit power of 70 watts, this antenna delivers exceptional performance.
In addition, the SB-7 has a wide reception range of 100 - 170 MHz and 350 - 470 MHz, making it also suitable for scanner use.
