The K-4A is equipped with an SO-239 connection (UHF-Female), suitable for coaxial cables with a PL-259 connector. The top has a standard 3/8 x 24 thread that fits almost all 27MHz CB antennas and accessories such as springs and quick disconnects. Whether you're building a new setup or have an existing L-bracket or mounting plate with a 12.7 mm (½ inch) hole – this stud mount is always a reliable choice.

- Compatibility: Supports all fiberglass and center-load antennas with 3/8" x 24 thread. The SO-239 connection on the underside is suitable for coaxial cables with a PL-259 connector.
- Mounting Hole: Designed for 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) mounting holes – this is the industry standard for CB mounts.
- Mounting Tip: Make sure the nylon washer is placed between the metal mounting surface and the top antenna nut. Without this washer, a short circuit can occur. When mounting without a bracket on a flat surface, a 12.6mm (0.5 inch) hole is required.
