Good visibility makes every job a lot more pleasant. The GP CWP15 rechargeable work light provides up to 1200 lumens of bright work light and is designed to illuminate a large work surface. Ideal for painting, carpentry, wallpapering, odd jobs, or work in a garage, workshop, or on a construction site.
Thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery, you don't need a power outlet while using it. Moreover, you can set up or attach this work light in various ways. Use the adjustable bracket, attach it to a suitable metal surface with the magnetic mounting, or place it on a tripod using the screw connection.
This way, you have your hands free and the light exactly where you need it.
Why choose the GP CWP15 work light?
The GP CWP15 combines a maximum light output of 1200 lumens with three adjustable light modes. You can choose from 1200, 700, or 250 lumens. This allows you to use the maximum brightness when you need a lot of light, but you can also choose a lower setting if less light is sufficient and you want to work longer on a single battery charge.
At 1200 lumens, the specified runtime is approximately 4.5 hours. At 700 lumens, this increases to 7 hours, and at the lowest setting of 250 lumens, it lasts up to a full 17.5 hours.
This makes this 1200-lumen work light suitable for both short jobs and longer workdays.
What can you use this rechargeable work light for?
A good construction or work light is useful as soon as the existing light is insufficient. For example, during painting, the wide lighting helps to properly assess the surface. When wallpapering, you can see better where strips connect, and during carpentry or assembly work, extra lighting ensures you keep a better view of your workpiece.
The GP CWP15 also comes in handy for work in a garage, shed, technical room, or on a construction site.
Depending on the selected light mode, the work light has a specified beam distance of up to 45 meters. This makes it suitable not only for close-up work but also for illuminating a larger work area.
Magnetic work light with multiple mounting options
An important advantage of the GP CWP15 is its flexible placement. You can use the adjustable bracket to set the lamp down or hang it up. Additionally, the lamp features magnetic mounting points, allowing you to attach it to suitable metal surfaces.
For instance, if you are working on a metal structure, workbench, or vehicle, you don't always have to look for a separate place to put the lamp.
There is also a screw connection for a tripod. This allows you to place the GP work light higher and distribute the light over your workspace from the desired position.
Is the GP CWP15 water-resistant and shockproof?
For a work light, robustness is at least as important as the amount of light. The GP CWP15 has an IPX7 rating and, according to the stated specifications, is resistant to drops of up to 1.5 meters.
This makes the lamp suitable for demanding working conditions where moisture, dirt, or an unexpected knock cannot always be avoided. The plastic housing is also easy to clean.
Charging via USB-C
The GP CWP15 is equipped with two built-in GP 18650 lithium-ion batteries of 3.6 volts and 2550 mAh. Charging is easy via USB-C, and the necessary charging cable is included.
A battery status and charging indicator helps you keep an eye on the remaining capacity and the charging process. This way, you know when it is time to recharge the lamp.
