The Moonraker GAP-H has been one of the most popular CB base antennas on the market for many years. This straight forward ½ wave vertical antenna of no less than 5.5 meters long works without ground planes, which greatly simplifies installation and tuning.
Constructed from lightweight aluminium and supplied with mast mounting U-brackets , this antenna is quick and easy to fit onto a standard 30–55mm mast (not supplied). Ideal for AM, FM and SSB on the 26–28MHz band, with up to 1000 watts of power and 2.4dB gain.
With a SO-239 connector, you can easily connect the GAP-H to your coaxial cable. The antenna has an excellent VSWR of 1.5:1 or better , which ensures minimal reflection and maximum efficiency.
