About this product

With the Sigma Delta HP-10 wire antenna you get a robust and flexible antenna, suitable for a wide range of amateur radio applications.

Delivery time:

1-3 Business Days

The Sigma Delta HP-10 wire antenna offers versatility and high performance by configuration as a Delta-loop or Quad-loop. Depending on the configuration, the antenna is ideal for both short-range communication and DX connections. As a Delta-loop, the antenna achieves a gain of approximately 3.2 dBd in the preferred radiation direction.

Features of the Sigma Delta HP-10:

  • Versatile Configuration: Can be set up as Delta loop or Quad loop depending on your preference and setup possibilities. Delta loop provides 3.2 dBd gain, while Quad loop achieves 2.8 dBd gain.
  • 4:1 Balun: The antenna is supplied with a 4:1 balun and three isolators for horizontal Delta loop mounting. For experienced users, the antenna can be set up as a Fullwave Quad loop with a few adjustments.
  • Monoband Antenna: The smaller Sigma Delta HP loops are designed as monoband antennas and can be used on the band in question over the entire amateur radio frequency range without an optional antenna tuner. With an optional antenna tuner, other bands are also possible.
  • Connections: The balun has a PL socket for connecting a 50 ohm coaxial cable (e.g. RG-58, RG-213, H100, etc.).

NOTE: Version 2 - July 11, 2024 The power rating is for intermittent amateur radio use only (400W CW or 500W SSB) and not for AM transmissions or digital data modes (FT-x, RTTY, etc.), or constant carrier data modes. For AM transmissions, a much more powerful balun is required.

Sigma Delta HP-10 draadantenne biedt veelzijdigheid en hoge prestaties door configuratie als Delta-loop of Quad-loop.
