Sirio SO 4G LTE Multiband N-Female or SMA-Male

The Sirio SO 4G LTE is a professional omnidirectional multiband antenna for various mobile and wireless communication systems. The antenna operates within 790–960 MHz and 1710–2700 MHz, making it broadly applicable for GSM, 4G LTE, ISM, LoRa, UMTS, DECT, and WLAN 2.4 GHz, among others.

At Deltron, this Sirio antenna is available in two variants. Depending on your installation, choose the version with an N-Female connector without a coaxial cable or the model with a 5-meter Low Loss coaxial cable and an SMA-Male connector. This allows you to easily tailor the antenna to your preferred installation method.

Broad frequency range without tuning

The SO 4G LTE uses a collinear dipole array and has an omnidirectional radiation pattern. This distributes the signal horizontally over 360 degrees, which is practical for fixed installations where connection to devices or base stations from different directions is desired.

The antenna does not require manual tuning and supports two broad frequency bands: 790–960 MHz and 1710–2700 MHz. The gain is 2 dBi at 790–960 MHz and 4 dBi at 1710–2700 MHz. The impedance is 50 ohm.

Which networks is the Sirio SO 4G LTE suitable for?

Thanks to its multiband design, this antenna is suitable for various professional applications. Within the lower frequency band, the antenna can be used for GSM-900, 4G LTE, ISM 868 MHz, Sigfox, and LoRa 868 MHz, among others. 915MHz applications also fall within the specified range.

The higher frequency band supports GSM-1800, UMTS/3G, 4G LTE, DECT, and WLAN/WiFi at 2.4 GHz, among others. This makes the SO 4G LTE a versatile solution when one antenna needs to support multiple frequency bands. The official Sirio specifications mention LTE, ISM, GSM 900, GSM 1.8, PCN, DECT, UMTS, and WLAN for this purpose.

Two variants: N-Female or SMA-Male

Via the variant list, you can easily choose the version that suits your installation. The SO 4G LTE N-f (2111520.00) is equipped with an N-Female connector and is supplied without a coaxial cable. This version is intended for mast mounting and, according to Sirio, is suitable for mast diameters from 35 to 60 mm.

The SO 4G LTE W/Cable (2111520.80) comes with a 5-meter Low Loss coaxial cable and an SMA-Male connector. This variant can be mounted on both a mast and a wall. For mast mounting, Sirio specifies a diameter of 35 to 42 mm. The necessary screws for wall mounting are not included.

Robust antenna for fixed installations

The housing and radome are made of fiberglass, anodized aluminum, and chrome-plated brass, among other materials. The antenna has a height of approximately 300 mm, vertical polarization, and an IP66 rating. This means the Sirio SO 4G LTE is designed for reliable fixed installation, even when the antenna is placed outdoors.

The version with an N-Female connector supports a maximum of 50 watts, according to current Sirio specifications. For the version with a coaxial cable, this is 50 watts for 790–960 MHz and 40 watts for 1710–2700 MHz.
