The Sirio T2 27 M6 is a high quality replacement antenna boom, specially designed for trucks such as Volvo, Scania and other models with a M6 Male antenna mount . This boom is perfect as a replacement for your original antenna and offers excellent performance on the 27MC band (26.9 – 27.5 MHz).
With a length of 580 mm and a logarithmically loaded internal structure, the T2 27 M6 delivers a bandwidth of 700 kHz and a low SWR of ≤ 1.2. The antenna is suitable for up to 1 00 watts peak power (CW) and is vertically polarized for optimum range during mobile use.
Thanks to the use of durable materials such as copper, brass, stainless steel (17/7 PH) and nylon, this boom is resistant to intensive use and weather influences. Optional adapters are available to use this boom on M5, M7 or DV mounts.
Please note: For even better performance in most situations, we recommend the longer and improved Sirio T4 series.
