The Tecsun AN-200 is a medium wave annular antenna specifically designed for receiving AM broadcasts on medium wave. This antenna covers a frequency range of 520–1710 kHz and performs excellently to improve signal reception in areas with noise or strong shielding.
Installing the Tecsun AN-200:
- Connect the ring-shaped medium wave antenna to the audio modulator, car radio, or medium wave line-in jack on your radio. If your radio doesn't have a line-in jack, the AN-200 antenna can be placed near the radio, close to the built-in medium wave antenna.
- Set the radio to the medium wave band. Then adjust the knob on the AN-200 antenna to receive the best frequency signal until the sound from the tuned station is clear and stable.
- The AN-200 antenna performs best when tuned and positioned in the correct direction for reception.
