The Diamond MAT-50 is an innovative magnetic grounding sheet that provides excellent mass on vehicles where this is otherwise difficult to achieve. This magnetic ground plane is ideal for mounting mobile HF antennas on vehicles. By placing the Diamond MAT-50 on a flat metal surface and attaching the supplied cable to the antenna base, you can easily create a reliable ground.
For optimal use at 3.5 MHz we recommend using two of these grounding sheets. When using 50 MHz, it is important to keep the connection cable as short as possible, with a maximum length of 20 cm.
