Icom IC-F1000 VHF

The Icom IC-F1000 is a compact and waterproof VHF radio with a durable design.

All radios of the Icom IC-F1000 and IC-F2000 series are extremely flat with a depth of only 24.5 mm. IP67 means they can be immersed in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes without being damaged. The dust-tight construction prevents the ingress of dust, sand and other dirt.

The Icom IC-F1000 has improved emergency safety with built-in motion/stationary detection sensor. The built-in motion sensor records the location of the radio, movements and especially rest states so that emergency call signals can be sent. In addition, the sensor can detect when the user is running, for example during a chase. These lone worker and man-down functions are programmable.

The included Li-ion battery pack BP-279 (7.2 V DC, 1485 mAh) is waterproof and lasts 14 hours*.

Good communication even in a noisy environment

Language converter

The built-in voice converter makes it difficult for third parties to listen to radio traffic, a maximum of 16 codes can be selected.
