The Yaesu WIRES-X HRI-200 (Wide-coverage Internet Repeater Enhancement System) enables long-distance Internet and RF communications connectivity. Using advanced Voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology , this system provides a reliable and easy way to extend the range of amateur radio.

The HRI-200 sets itself apart from other internet pairing technologies by offering easy installation without complicated configurations. The kit comes with pre-made cables, so you can connect it directly to compatible Yaesu radios without soldering or changing router settings.*

Support for digital and analog communications
The WIRES-X HRI-200 supports both traditional analogue FM and C4FM digital communications. This allows analogue FM users to communicate with each other and connect to digital stations at the same time, creating a bridge between different technologies.
Group mode for efficient networking
Group Mode allows for the easy registration of multiple users, nodes and rooms. This makes it easy to keep a fixed group of operators together and in contact. The WIRES-X software also provides real-time status updates of members within the network.
Storage of digital data, text and audio
The News Station feature allows you to access and share stored data such as audio clips, text and images on demand.
Quickly and easily search for nodes
The Preset Search function allows the operator to easily find and connect local nodes directly from the transceiver.
Easy installation via USB
The connection between the HRI-200 and your computer is easily established with just one USB cable . The USB bus power eliminates the need for an external power supply. In addition, the router configuration can be set automatically via UPnP in the WIRES-X software*.
